RMA's for repair

Are repairs still being done does anyone know? I'm almost at 2 weeks waiting for a RMA number to send in a couple units that we broke...
Yes we are issuing RMAs every couple day. I normally let them stack up a couple days then process them all at once.

In fact the only email record I have from this domain is an email exchange on March 5th, 2015.
