I know I probably should have been upgrading the Firmware on this unit, but got a little spooked with some of the issues and it has been rolling along so well that there wasn't much need. I think I received one of the first of these units to evaluate and we couldn't be more pleased with the form factor and performance. It hasn't hiccuped since we put it in and as you can see from the diagram it is chugging along powering two AF24s and a couple of sectors. Great unit that really cleaned up a very tight box. Thanks Chris!

Thanks!!!
Trust me v1.1.0rc15 is stable, sorry for the recent issues with firmware bugs in previous versions.
Also I have found that if using airMAX 100M devices Flow Control really needs to be on for best performance.

How tight? With a board temp of 38C it's no wonder the fan is 7530 RPM. I would be concerned about running a fanless TS in there.

Our switch core chip is rated at 125C
Our other components are rated at 85C
Our power supply is rated at 50C fanless before derating curve
