Load firmware by rs232 via putty,

Some charge firmware to netonix via rs232 ?, I have one that obviously does not load via the web since the current was interrupted while it was updated .. I have a couple of doubts about it.

Already enter the computer by rs232, the admin @ NetonixSwitch prompt appears, I try to follow the instructions of viewtopic.php... for these cases, but I can not transfer the recovery file or the firmware to the computer,
I'm going through putty ...
