Your current sensors are blown on that port.
At this point the repair is easy and cheap, I am assuming the current sensor(s) was blown from ground current. It is possible the current sensor(s) failed in which cases if the switch is within the warranty period the repair is free but will not know until we see it.
Assuming it is blown from ground current this is from not bonding the tower grounds rods to the electrical service ground rods and or the electrical service ground rods are in poor or insufficient condition in which case I suggest adding 1 or 2 new ground rods to the electrical service ground rods and bonding them all together.
Ground current is the #1 cause for WISP equipment damage. SInce we repair UBNT airFIBER and MIMOSA radios we see the exact same damage to them as our switches.
