Radios Rebooting - but not all of them

I have two tower sites that are experiencing radios rebooting issues during rain and or stormy weather. today its just raining, no lightning that ive seen. Both sites are using a Netonix DC based switches and 48v battery powered. one site is a high rise roof top and the other is a commercial tower site. both have good grounding / lightning protection. switches are grounded, radios are grounded. Normally the switch doesn't reboot and my cambium gear doesn't reboot, just the mimosa & UBNT gear reboots. See below log from the high rise switch for todays activity. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

1) Upgrade to latest firmware

2) Are your tower ground rods BONDED to your electrical service ground rods with a heavy #2 wire

Please describe your site in detail:
Where do you get power from
What is powering the switch (what is the switch connected to)
Batteries
Charging unit
Grounding on the site
Tower

You know details
