12-48V converter

We have an application that requires putting a WS-6-POE into another mfg enclosure that provides us with 12V @ 7A to power the WS-6. Does anyone have a recommendation for a 12V to 48V step up converter that we could use? The WS-6 will power up to 3 devices drawing a total of no more than 30W.
