Switch on FM Tower

We use a ton of the Netonix switches and they work great. I have an issue at an FM site where the switch keeps rebooting when the devices drop negotiation to the switch. We are running the latest release candidate and it still seems to be an issue. I'm thinking of putting a DC switch up on the tower and running DC power and fiber up the tower and then sort ethernet cables to switch. Any recommendations on this?
Thanks

There are two potential issues with FM radio signals. One is the affect on the ethernet and the other is the affect on the I2C bus. There are a lot of threads on both and a lot of work put into designing the issue out of the switch. I would suggest you search for those threads as they carry valuable insight.

AC switches never had an issue with FM sites and as Les said it was fixed for DC switches since board Rev F.

You may have a switch with a defective power 250 watt supply, the C51 CAP issue.

Is this a WS-12-250-AC or WS-10-250-AC with a Rev F motherboard?

You can test by doing this:
Default switch
Let run on your bench powering nothing
If it does not reboot within 24 hours you do not have a defective power supply.
If it does reboot you need to RMA it.
