VoIP Priority

Wondering if VoIP priority is set automaticly on the switch or if it needs to be set in the CLI?

It is not set automatically. You might be able to prioritize it with a rule on the QoS tab in the UI if you can find a reliable way to identify VoIP packets.

Also note that it will be priorised locally, not on attached devices like wireless radio. So, if your bottle neck is a radio, mostly the case for WISP, then don't expect QoS on the switch to fix VoIP quality issue.
