The sheet that comes with the WISP-Switch has, in many caps, bold, ect; instructions to not plug or unplug cables from a port that has POE turned On.
However, it doesn't say why to not do this!
What are the risks? What are the consequences?
I'd like to know the specific potential malfunction behavior, so that I can know when perhaps a field person has done something shouldn't (because field guys ALWAYS follow instructions, right?!) and caused a malfunction or damage to the switch.
"Never Ever"... why?
