Looking at Cambium 820c spec sheet, seem like it would work except for 7 Ghz radios in 2+0 operation. Ethernet pineout information is missing.
Power Input Specifications
• Standard Input: -48 VDC
• IDU DC Input range: -40 to -60 VDC
Power Consumption Specifications
• Maximum Power Consumption (2+0
Operation) 6 GHz: 65W; 7 GHz: 75W; 11
GHz: 65W; 13-15 GHz: 55W; 18-24 GHz:
48W; 26-38 GHz: 55W
PoE Injector Mechanical Specifications
• Dimensions – 134mm(H), 190mm(W),
62mm(D), 1 kg
PoE Injector Environmental Specifications
• 33°C to +55°C (-45°C to +60°C extended)
PoE Injector Power Input Specifications
• Standard Input: -48 or +24 VDC (Optional)
• DC Input range: ±(18/40.5 to 60) VDC
(+18VDC extended range is supported as
part of the nominal +24VDC support)
PoE Injector Interfaces
• GbE Data Port supporting
10/100/1000Base-T
• Power-Over-Ethernet (PoE) Port
• DC Power Port –40V to -60V (a PoE
supporting two redundant DC feeds

Yeah, the same issue with the Ceragon manuals, key info is missing..
Their POE injector is rated to accept +/- 18v to 60v DC. so that is not an issue .. simple enough.
However the Radio (ODU) Is listed as only accepting -48v DC.
My question, if I someone knows... what is the difference (if any) between -48v DC vs 48v DC ? (I do understand that there is a + and - polarity in DC... ).
Regards

I'm curious on this as well?
We're currently looking at the PTP820c and IP20c in 11Ghz and 18Ghz. I was told by a Ceragon person that there are a few compatible POE switches, and they thought there were some Juniper ones that worked. I was told yesterday by a Cambium person that "No. It is proprietary POE" to which I laughed internally.
