They just got back to me and said they use power on all pairs.

Might the user guide have the actual labeled pins? (Maybe online?)
For instance, some Canopy likes to reverse the voltages, so it's something that is need to know for each manufacturer.

Here's what DW said:
Pins 1, 2, 4, and 5 are positive voltage from PSE
Pins 3, 6, 7 and 8 are negative voltage from PSE
