A lot of our cab's are outside and have a metal breadboard style sheet in them for us the attach equipment. As the WISP switches don't seem to come with any mounting kit, what do people use to mount the switches on vertical back boards?

The following switches come with small ears that can rotate 90 degrees for wall mounting:
WS-12-250A
WS-12-250B
WS-24-400A
WS-24-400B

All other switches come with (2) through holes from top to bottom of the switch is 2 corners that allow you to screw the switch directly to a flat wall with the screw going through the chassis. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN AND BEN CHASSIS AND BE CAREFUL NOT TO RUN A SCREW INTO THE SWITCH BOARD INSIDE.

If you do not like using the through holes you can buy the ears used on the WS-24-400A HERE then you can rotate them 90 degree and wall mount.

HOWEVER THE WS-8-250-XX and WS-10-250-AC will not accept rack mount ears so you need to use through holes or DIN rail mounting.

...that's a Wiegmann enclosure with a typical plate type mount (the empty space at the bottom will be filled with a battery when this is installed in the field).
