Hi People,
We have installed a couple of the WS-6-MINI's they are in our outdoor waterproof boxes. The web gui is showing very high temperatures yet the router-board in the same box is around 35c.
The switch is showing
Board Temp : 78c
CPU Temp: 103c
PHY Temp : 106c
How accurate are the readings and whats the limit before it starts rebooting or stops working?
I've had one here on my desk with a temp of around 50c and cpu temp of 65c. Ive since fitted a fan pushing air across the heatsink and its now stable at 28c.

Re: WS-6-MINI Temp's
You do not need a fan, that unit is designed to run hot.
Th CPU and PHY's are rated to run up to 125 C.
There are thousands of them out there running fine.
