RMA request

One of the WS-12-DC we have is not working. it was till we did a factory reset to it and that is when it quit responding. Is there a different way to factory reset it? Or would you care to have it back to see what has happened?

I did see on the main site there is a repair service, however I would think Netonix would want to look at it first and decide what happened. Your call, just let me know what you want.

Can you hook a console cable up to is and tell me what you see when it tries to boot
