Just about any POE adapter will power the WS-6-MINI but you should only use adapters that power all 4 pairs.
Are you using Port 1 for the POE IN from the MIMOSA POE adapter?
Only Port 1 accepts POW IN

You need to give it a minute or so for any lights to come on.
