Well since SIRC freaked me out, I added a silent 120mm fan, but I guess i didn't need it! It's running REALLY cool now.

Since this topic is about temp and fan cooling here is my daily temp graphs from my Netonix that its placed in a sealed IP65 metal box.
Since during midday hours fan speed is constant above 9300RPM is there any issue with MTF of the fan? Should i open breath holes so the air to circulate (chimney effect)?

Your board temps look OK.
Air flow can not hurt but the switch is not in any distress according to your telemetry.

If they can run fine without the fan, how about some better fan control modes in firmware?
e.g.:
Low noise = fan doesn't come on until much later.
Optimal Cooing = current fan mode
Better Cooling = fan comes on earlier for use in enclosures or high ambient.
The WS-12-250-AC would make a great SOHO switch, being able to power IP phones & cameras at 48v and Unifi APs at 24v, if that fan wasn't so darn noisy!
We put a couple out for evaluation in this use-case but ended up deploying another make as the clients at the pilot sites complained about the fan noise...
