After looking at Tik doc, I think something similar should work but I don't have any Tik router to test this out. I'm just not sure how Tik would react to 2 differente interface with same TAG (STAG 5).
/interface vlan
add name=radio_management vlan-id=5 use-service-tag=yes interface=ether1
add name=ce_vlan20 vlan-id=20 interface=ether1
add name=ce_vlan20_stag vlan-id=5 use-service-tag=yes interface=ce_vlan20
/ip address
add address=a.b.c.d/24 interface=radio_managment
add address=e.f.g.h/30 interface=ce_vlan20
After, on netonix, vlan 5, T on port 1 (router) and Q on port 5 (radio).
P.S.: if you don't use the option "use-service-tag=yes" on Tik, this would correspond to D on Netonix instead of Q.
