Good value brand for managed switches?

Hi, Im running a WISP and Im vidmate
looking for a brand that is economical, while being good quality, Im looking for a good value managed switch. So far tutuapp
we've operated with TP-Link managed switches and they are horrible. Any other brand come to mind? How does netgear fare?
