3rd party repair for out of warranty items?

Since Netonix isn't interested in repairing out-of-warranty switches, are there any "authorized" 3rd parties we can use? I've got a gut-feeling that whatever is wrong with my MINI is probably repairable.

Netonix, you giving anybody access to the schematics for these switches?
