WS-12-250-AC started crashing and rebooting

Wed May 12, 2021 4:37 pm

I have a fairly elderly WS-12-250-AC which has worked fine for over 2 years. The site has fibre primary and was AF5X-HD now AF60LR backup from another tower.
Since I swapped the AF5xHD with the AF60LR the switch reboots randomly after around a week. Power for the AF5X and the AF60LR is 48v (not VH)
The software is 1.4.9.
Obviously I can upgrade the software, but to which version - it ran fine for 2 years on 1.4.9 without issue. It has no internet access.

It looks like a usual boot in the logs no pointers there:-
