WISP-8-150-DC - ECCN & CCATS Number

Hi there

Not sure if this is the correct place to ask.

The 'Contact Us' link on the website gives a 404 error, so I thought I'd try here.

Can a Netonix representative please advise on the WISP Switch WS-8-150-DC export control classification number (ECCN) and CCATS number?

My US based shipping forwarded is requesting the information.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

I've been an ongoing Netonix customer for some years and purchased a lot of prodcut to date.

I can't find any other support links.

Thanks for providing the ECCN - I'm still getting a 404 error on the contact form.

I'd be happy to liaise via email too if you can provide an address.

My shipping forwarder sent me the following response:


A network switch will be controlled in section 5 of the ear. Part 1 if no encryption and part 2 if encryption is used. If the manufacturer provided you EAR99 we will not be able to accept this item for shipping as the manufacturer clearly is not providing accurate information.
