Email Replies

Hi,

Its been 3 weeks with no replies to emails, are they going into the black hole again.

Please fix and reply we have a RMA customer waiting.

It has been a year and a half since any employee has communicated on any kind of non-rma related technical support level in the forums as well. Would be interesting to know why that is, seeing as there are major issues being reported with the WISP switch platform. We are left to make wild assumptions like that the employees who normally worked on these requests are potentially no longer with the company.

We can fully understand and appreciate supply shortages in today's climate, but it otherwise feels like things have fallen apart behind the scenes. Even our re-sellers can't seem to get a response about what is going on.

We're actively looking for alternatives to move away from Netonix as we can't trust that the product will be around, or even supported, in the near future at this point.

More chase emails sent today.

As a UK distributor I cannot continue to stock Netonix if we cannot get replies to communication.
