preparing for tower upgrade
getting ready to put 8 additional AC45 sectors with shields on 600 ft tower, and replacing switches with modified Netonix switches to make them DC :)

Re: preparing for tower upgrade
Channel plan is to find least noisy channel to operate on in any given direction :) I run 10 mhz channels so it's not real hard to avoid self interference, especially with rfarmor shielding. This will be in addition to the 10 sectors and 4 backhauls that are already up there. There will be two 14 port netonix switches converted to DC and pretty much all the ports will be used.

Re: preparing for tower upgrade
curious how you like those AC45. I have a couple AC60 and am THOROUGHLY disappointed. It's like it's a 45 degree sector with some extra noise catching area at the edges :/

Re: preparing for tower upgrade
I like the 45s, they are really quiet.
Here is screenshot of one of the modified switches....DC power baby! Port 1 is powering mimosa, port 11 radwin and the rest are ubiquiti rockets.
I went from this...
To this....I know, still needs some work

Hi
How are you getting your Radwin to run at Gigabit? I have a number of 2000Cs and they all seem to run at 100Mbit/sec although I understand they can run at Gigabit (somehow!) - not sure if it is to do with hardware versions?
