Bonding to electrical service ground

Hey all. I have a location where we installed a smaller tower on a customers property where we are now in the midst of an upgrade. Our enclosure at the base of the tower gets its power from the customers electrical panel where their electrical service comes in. The issue is the distance between our enclosure/tower and the electrical service/ground as its ~100ft. Base of the tower will have 3 ground rods bonded and connected to an isolated busbar at the base of the tower. From the bottom busbar a #2 wire will be ran to an isolated busbar near the radios/antennas. Radios/antennas/switches up top will connect to the top busbar using #6. Bottom busbar will also have a wire ran from it to an busbar located in the enclosure. Trying to figure out the best way to bond the ground system at the tower/enclosure to the service ground at the panel. Is the distance to the service ground a cause for concern or is there something we can do?

Ground rods, per "code" and lots of them.

You MUST have the shortest path to ground to 'ground' not via ethernet.
