Powerbar 24V Stays on in red

Hello,

We have a WISP Switch WS-12-250-DC that has a red power bar light in 24V that stays on in red. Is this something that I can reset or do I need to send it in for repair? If so, what level of a repair package should I buy? I am not sure that it is still under warranty. The manufacture date is 03/07/2020. Any help would be much appreciated.
