What should we be expecting in terms of RMA turnaround times these days? I have one that's been around quite a while that I'm still waiting to receive back. RMA'd DC switch was fixed under warranty fairly quickly. Repair status shows what was done, and that it was completed on 10/22/2023, about 7 1/2 months ago. Am I suppose to pay for shipping or do something on my end? It's been a few years since I had another unit fixed under warranty but I'm pretty sure it the repaired unit was shipped back to me at no cost.

It was paired with RMA 20230013, they are shipping out tomorrow so you will be able to login to RMA portal tomorrow and get tracking info
