Need RMA

Hey Chris, et al! I've got a BRAND NEW Mini switch that I pulled out of the box over the weekend and port 6 is bad. All the other ports work fine. This switch was part of a larger Order # 1045009049 on 7/9/21 in which was received it on 7/14/21. It's been sitting in a locked cabinet for a year. I tried to RMA it but it says out of warranty. The MAC is EC:13:B2:93:6D:72. It should still be under warranty, correct? If so, can you please give me an RMA number so I can return it? THANK YOU! -RickG
