missing mac address on the switch bottom

my ws-12-250-dc has no s/n or Mac address on the bottom lable. How exactly do you get warranty info for this switch?
Open the chassis and post the board serial # and Power supply serial # and I will tell you MAC address it was.
We track all component serial numbers.
The decal had to have been peeled off the bottom of the chassis somehow?
