IDC switch bad ground location

Just installed an IDC switch yesterday. The grounding point is right next to the - terminal. Since most of these will be used for -48v sites with the + side grounded, that proximity seems pretty dangerous to me.
It seems like you moved the ground point over to that side, but then also swapped the positions of the + and - terminals. Either change alone makes sense, but both of them together result in a dangerously close - and ground with + referenced to ground.
