Euro style DC connector

Tue Mar 10, 2015 12:18 am

Chris,

I would love you forever if you guys would change out your DC connectors in future models for this style, assuming you can find some rated to handle the size wire neccessary for the switch load...

Ah you mean like the 2 parts ones that act like a "plug" screwed on the end of your wires and the other part is the "socket" it plugs into mounted on the switch? It's possible I have seen some versions that will handle #10 stranded wire in either Digikey or Mouser.

Yup. 2 wire would work, 3 wire (+/-/ground) would be better.

Phoenix connectors? Can't those things just die?
