We are VERY happy with the WISP Switch, and that's an understatement! We love how they fit into our sites. Here is our clean install in one of our smaller POPs, so our IOIOBox enclosure is pretty sparse, but works great!

Re: Two WS-12-250-DC's in our IOIOBox Enclosure
Very nice install but if your going to power the units with a power supply why use the SMART DC models which are more expensive and designed to hook directly to the battery bank and use from 9V-72V as the batteries drop in the event of power failure.
Use a 48V power supply and buy the cheaper WS-12-DC units.

Thanks for the kind words!
However, in regards to the SMART DC units, maybe I am missing something here.
The units are not powered via a power supply, they are directly connected to the batteries (through a relay controller). The power supply pictured is the ac>DC battery charger.
What do you see is going on here? Maybe I am missing something....

Do you mind sharing the setup and DC equipment you are using?
