Switch Failed 2 Days After Warranty Expire/ Less then a year

Hello Support Team,
I have comedically horrible timing when it comes to this but, we purchased this switch 370 days ago, and received it maybe 364 (9/30ish) days ago. It says it's barely out of warranty on the site, but it's been less then a year in which we have had it in our possession and it was only in service for a few months. Is there anyway I can get this RMA'd? We appreciate the flexibility and understanding.
