WS-8-150-AC dead power supply

I have WS-8-150-AC that went dead and it is out of warranty. I bench tested it and the power supply is dead. What typically goes bad in the power supply, the transformer? I noticed that there are no replacement part power supplies on your replacement parts page for this model. Is this something that would require sending in for service, if so what would that run for replacing the power supply? Please let me know. Thank you.
